Motel is a dump. Probably built in the 50’s and hasn’t been updated since then. Beautiful area especially in foliage! Choose carefully and look at reviews because the area is otherwise worn out.

It was was a simple motel but very clean, beds were quite comfortable. Very quite location. We liked it.
Room was very quiet; easy to sleep Room stayed warm most of the night and became uncomfortable. The pipes in adjacent rooms make noise when people are showering. Somewhat annoying.
Not happy with check in no one in office had to call using my english phone on arrival which cost a lot of money
Was a cute little place, disappointed we couldn’t use the indoor hot tub as that’s one of the reasons for booking but other than that it was great
Stayed two nights. It was clean but “vintage” w mid century blue sink,toilet, and tub. The water for showering was only lukewarm. No hair dryer, no breakfast. Only real positive was close to Fraconia Notch SP and Polly’s Pancakes (a local treat).
Convenient location to Flume Gorge. However the room is not clean, bed sheets with stains. Not a pleasant experience.
I will definitely be back! The best part about the hotel is the ridiculously easy check in and checkout process! If you arrive after four and I leave the key in the room for you. And the next day you just leave the key in the room and leave. I wish every hotel had that same relaxed policy it was absolutely beautiful. Now if you’re extra fancy and don’t like your room to be dated and run down and then this isn’t the place for you. Definitely clean and comfortable but it needs a lot of updates .For example my toilet seat had rust on it. But if you’re flying solo or a couple or just staying for a couple days is 1000% worth it. And like I said I’ll definitely be returning !
