"Can’t complain about the beautiful location, a pity maintenance never sorted the issue before we left."

The air conditioner dripped when it was on, leaving a puddle on the kitchen floor. Main bedroom door lock was locked and no Key . So couldn’t close the door. Spare toilet button wouldn’t pop up..

The location was great. Very safe area. We walked around in the evening and felt safe. Apartment is spacious for a family of 4 and had everything we needed. An allocated parking bay was a plus. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment wasn't swept properly, but as soon as I raised it, I received a message to attend to it. Everything else was spotless.

It was very comfortable and child friendly. A very warm atmosphere. Loved the amenities. Curtains blocked out the light so I could sleep well. Spacious. Big TV. The balcony was cosy. The dishwasher and washing machine were convenient. Couches were comfy and spacious. Location right opposite the greenpoint park, so my kids could play.

Some issues with the sink being blocked, but maintenance came to fix it. No cleaning staff available, only at an additional price.
