Close proximity to shops, my citi bus, and city sights . Secure parking. Flat was spacious and comfortable and well equipped. The view from the pool area was amazing. Definitely would book here again.

Chaos dealing with the numerous agents at booking company who didn't sinq information. I didn't realize the swimming pool wasn't in the same block of flats, and to reach it, I had to go through the underground parking area. However, it was worth the effort for the spectacular view

The place is located at green point right next to V&A. The security guys are friendly... the guy that assisted us to check it was so nice...we had a beautiful time my 40th celebration was nothing short of perfect. The apartment is exactly as you see it on the pictures, clean and beautiful.

Excellent location in Green Point, walkable to the V&A waterfront (or a 5 min uber) and also right opposite Green Point Park which is lovely, and you can walk across it to the seafront by the lighthouse. Very secure parking and building. Nice patio and 2 beds 2 baths, generally well equipped.

We arrived at the pre arranged check in time of 3pm and cleaning was still ongoing and took a further 30 mins, and wasn't as thorough as it could have been. Also, there was no kettle on arrival and after asking several times, this was provided on the 3rd day of our stay.

Location near Green Point Continuous communication from the owner

The rooms are small compared to the pictures There is only one air conditioner in the hall and none in the other rooms /There are insects in the apartment

great location

not a big issue but there was no toilet paper. The lady that gave us the keys said she had asked for it but it never arrived. also, the lifts in the building were not working
