Fantastic views over Green Point Stadium and the beautiful surroundings from the swimming pool area on the top floor. Fabulous apartment all in all!!

We struggled to get to our apartment since it seemed that the security guard on duty when we checked in, didn't know that 107 was not in the main block of apartments, but in the one on the side. It took some time to find our apartment, but it was all worth it at the end!

"Average, price was too high to be so hot in summer couldn’t sleep"

It’s location

Aircon didn’t work Kept timing out even after maintenance tried to sort it out, was very hot and stuffy without it. Rooftop pool was empty was disappointing especially im summer. There was a musky/ harsh smell in the room when opening the sliding door for air as no Aircon’s in rooms either. Couldn’t keep door open as the smell was not pleasant.

"Great location for Sport or events at the Green point stadium"

The Flat is really well kitted out with everything you need. Loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee from the Espresso machine. TV 🖥 has Netflix so the kids were happy too. Felt very safe as the security is good and access to the building is restricted to registered guests only.

The pool on the top floor was closed for repair. It was a pity because the view is amazing. This has nothing to do with the actual flat but part of the complex.
