Spectacular 1 BR Condo at Ballston

I have to upload information and IDs to Wehost website twice every time. Seems redundant.

The view is not what was advertised in the pictures. There was visible bits of damage throughout the apartment and also long black hair left in the shower (mine is short and blonde). Most of all they send repair people to come in and fix the carpet without my permission. The repair person bullied his way into the apartment. I repeatedly told him he cannot come in but he just kept claiming he did not speak English and needed to get the repairs done. Finally he said can I just come in and take a look, which I agreed to. He came in and ripped up half the carpet right away, which forced me to let him stay and fix it otherwise I would’ve likely been charged for damages during my stay. The property emails you within minutes every time when they need something from you, but I’ve now been trying to get a response from them for 2 days regarding a refund due to this and if I even get a response they just say management has been informed. WeHost is extremely unprofessional and I will never be staying in one of their properties again.

View, access to kitchen, 24×7 staff availability

Great concierge service (Marcus was great)...everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. My only nit-picky comments: Better water pressure in the shower and wash cloths were needed. Minor notations. Everything was great. Thank you.

Safe location, close to things. Walkable.

Need few more items for kitchen. Baking sheets.

They asked for way too much personal information during check in, then never sent the info to the concierge, who needed it to check me in. The concierge said I had to call and ask them to transmit it. Then, the concierge said they only had one key for the unit. So my wife and I had to leave the unit unlocked when we weren’t together all day. Other than that, very nice unit, property and location.

They should provide Coffee to their guests. I had to buy some and coffee filters. There was a coffee pot. I also asked for bottle water and there was none provided
