Spectacular 1 BR Condo at Ballston

The location and facilities available for use. The room was clean and well-equipped.

Very spacious unit with kitchen. Bright lighting. Good location. Comfortable mattress. Adequate kitchen and dining table

6 vertical slats were missing from patio door. Carpet in bedroom was dirty. Bathroom vanity drawers were dusty and dirty. Bottom frame of vanity and below had brown spots. There could have been a box of tissues supplied. None were there. Sliding mirror closet doors needed cleaning.

We have stayed here before and it really is a great apartment in the heart of Ballston. It has everything you need for an extended stay. Comfortable beds washer/dryer and good cooking facilities. Great restaurants on the doorstep with a supermarket only ten minutes walk away.

Nothing apart from the rather late check in at 4pm. An hour earlier would have made all the difference.

The location was great. And the property was clean.

1. The toilet had repeated issues with water constantly running loudly. 2. Wi-Fi kept tripping off. 3. No window blinds. 4. The sitting room was missing a few blinds. 5. There were very little supplies. 6. The apartment was dated.

Very close to the metro so easy to get to all the museums including the best one, Udvar-Hazy Center. Fantastic views and comfy setup. Reception were very friendly too

The room is a bit rough in places, one of the window blinds rattled a lot and the shower rail fell on me a couple of times.

The location was exactly what we needed and having the parking garage as an option was helpful. My stay was only overnight, so we didn't use anything else in the apartment. Just slept there.

The communication beforehand wasn't excellent. I asked the same question about the check in process and parking a few times. It didn't get resolved until I was standing in front of the check-in counter. It would be helpful to know all costs up front & the option for parking as well. It seemed to be more expensive to pay through the 3rd party than to make the arrangements on-site.

The actual place was nice. But the check in changed me from 1 guest to 6 guests. I didn’t get any check in info until the day after ,didn’t know the apartment front desk had to look and do way beyond job scope. Had to email constantly with the hosting group everyday several times a day and got several different checkout information. Instead of just having a check in/check out sheet I had to call the website to get it because I couldn’t get into the WiFi to work from home which cause me to leave and work else where until I could get the information over the phone and then I finally received check in info but it was over 10+ different emails which when working and traveling is a lot to deal with. My recommendation keep it short and simple and print it out I the apartment and maybe be more on top of the stays because I had a really bad experience and would never rent again

The customer service not being on top of things and requiring me to constantly go thru every portion of the trip to ensure accuracy and just being able to use the amenities

Location, previous good experiences

I asked for at least a second hand towel and an additional body towel and the answer was tough denying my request. Out of that TV hadn’t air channels to watch the news and the football playoffs games. Finally, as you can’t manage the apartment temperature it was really cold inside most of the time. Nothing too bad but some areas for improvement.
