Spectacular 1 BR Condo at Ballston

Private balcony is great, lots of light in apartment. Good number of towels.

Bed linens could be newer, better quality for price of apartment. Walk in closet is too large -- would be more useful as a smaller closet and a desk with chair.

The view was beautiful and the front desk staff, kind, helpful & smiley. The bed was comfy. Having the large TV was relaxing & nice to watch. It was pretty quiet, too. If renting/ bringing a car..paying extra for the garage is a must. ( I was very glad I did that)

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable..maybe get something..without a giant crease to lay on. The kitchen utensils .. spatulas and pots and pans were unusable.. extremely scratched/ melted. ( I had to go buy a pan to cook with and some sponges to clean the utensils & plates we used.) It would be nice to have a new roll of toilet paper. ( There was only a little left on the roll had to buy more) The bath towels didn't seem fresh.

Good location, walkable.

- A/C EXTREMELY loud and barely works - Construction across the building - Apartment was not cleaned properly - Paid parking ($20 per day) - Pool does not work until May

The whole apartment was wonderful i had an amazing stay!

the location and the amount of space was good. it was located right in between within a 5 minute walking distance from 2 metro stations.

Nothing really.

All went well until I try to send them a email to add one day and parking I got the parking but they never add the day and on the original departure day we went shopping and when we returned a cleaner was there and she went through all our personal items and mixed all in plastic bag and I don’t understand why? Also we had the fridge full of food and beverage for à dinner we were supposed to have with my kids and the cleaner through all away in garbage and it was more than 300$ But I don’t understand why the cleaner went through my wife jewelry and personal items taking and personal things I wanted to file a complaint to the police for what we lost and the indiscretions of our Items So yes we are not please at all of the way we got treated I need them to reach me ASAP
