GBGBIt’s a lovely spacious property with great features. It was in a perfect position for us to play golf and Broughty Ferry has lots of great bars and shops.
One of the upstairs beds is quite low and the mattress could do with a large topper or deeper mattress. Appreciate the headspace constraints.
GBReally close to seafront and amenities but quiet at night. Well laid out. Thoughtful design, soft furnishings and good lighting! Lovely space to relax with friends.
Lack of bedside lamp/ plug socket in third bedroom. Loose hot tap in main bathroom.

The shower pressure was weak. The in-house pack didn't mention the requirement to strip beds and empty bins, as requested in the email.
GBThe place was very spacious, clean, bright, classy and well equipped. The location is very good for both town and seaside. The beds were really comfy, and plenty of storage space available. Good facilities, and very reasonably priced.
My elderly mother struggled with the front door a bit, it was quite stiff. If I'm being really picky, the shower was a bit short of power, and if it wasn't for these 2 small issues it would've been a 10, because it really was great in every other way.

GBThis property was exceptional, offering ample space and a prime location in close proximity to Broughty Ferry High Street and the beach. The interior design was tastefully executed. The kitchen was comprehensively equipped with all necessary amenities; please note the presence of a concealed drawer beneath the gas hob, which houses the cutlery, a detail we discovered late in our stay. While one of the upstairs beds was not optimal, it was nonetheless satisfactory.
We encountered two minor issues during our stay. One of these is an external factor beyond the property's control, specifically the limited availability of nearby parking. Additionally, the absence of a microwave was noted, which would have enhanced the convenience of our experience.
