Close to trams and market, amazing restaurant area, pool lovely, quiet ax a mouse a/c and fan in bathroom, amazing kitchen facilities to cook. Great hotel!

Location. Next to Queen Victoria Market is something unbeatable.

For similar price, this place is smaller than apartment around QVM. However the price gap is compensated by 24 hours reception and lite housekeeping

"Nice stay with convenient location"

Nice hotel with an excellent location with the QVM very close by. We stayed here for 7 nights for our honeymoon. Bedding was comfy and the room had a nice kitchenette with a good range of cookware and cooking utensils. The room had an Nespresso machine with complimentary pods which is something we always love when we travel! The complimentary laundry room is very convenient and nice to have with longer stays. Overall we had a pleasant stay

There were a few dried up stains on the quilt on the bed and the Nespresso machine started to leak lots of water after only 1 use of it.
