The hotel is not fully accessible for wheelchair users with limited mobility. The accessible car parking is actually not accessible. It’s a normal car park with an accessible sticker! Accessible room has door spring to heavy. Shower is constantly in the up high position each time I come. You can’t reach as a wheelchair user. Check in was a nightmare this time as someone had parked in the accessible parking lot. To over an hour to check in. This actually ruined my stay and exhausted me to a degree that I couldn’t do what I was intended to do the night of stay. A ruined and wasted $250. Won’t be staying here again.

I absolutely loved the whole package. It had everything that you would expect in the room for that kind of accommodation. The location was tops, close to victoria market, food everything. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone to stay there.

Only one thing in the bathroom. Need some hooks or rails to hang towels on..
