"Home away from home."

The location is fabulous for the markets and good coffee, the staff friendly and helpful and the common area feels welcoming. With plenty of power sources and big tables, it's good place to sit and do some work or just have a coffee. Everything about the stay was easy. The staff member named Dulaj helped me check in and he went out of his way to make me feel welcome. I won't forget his impeccable service.

La ubicación está muy bien. El hotel parece nuevo y está en buenas condiciones. El personal fue amable. Tiene gimnasio y alberca.

La limpieza de la habitación podría estar mejor. También el mantenimiento de las instalaciones. En las paredes de la regadera del baño de nuestra habitación había muchas manchas negras debido a los hongos que se forman por la humedad. Eso lo podrían lavar y quitar fácilmente. La llave del agua de la regadera estaba rota y se zafaba cada vez que abríamos la llave del agua. La repisa debajo del lavabo estaba sucia con mucho polvo. Da la impresión de que nunca la habían limpiado. Podrían poner más cuidado a la limpieza de la alfombra de la habitación. No tiene ningún cajón o repisa para guardar ropa. Para uno o dos días hospedándose en ese hotel no hay mayor problema, pero nosotros estuvimos una semana y no teníamos lugar para guardar nuestra ropa.

The Pool,The beds were comfortable, TV & channels, rooms look smart and clean, bathroom was good, and everything was nice.

Lacking in shelves for cloths, very inconvenient, no towel rail only one hook, needs a bigger table to eat on. Kitchen items missing, but the items there were tidy and clean.
