"Great location, quiet room with a large shower area. Close to tram and many restaurants and cafes."

Excellent location close to transport and Queen Victoria markets.

A few more tea bags and coffee pods for our 3 night stay but these were provided when asked for.

Location was perfect. Place was clean. Great facilities

When cleaning they didn't replace things. The internet history was available from a previous customers... a child could easily accessed and seen very inappropriate content.

Can’t believe they have $1 beers at reception. We got the $1 beer bucket and then saw Brad Greens. Really close to drunken poet to kick off and then to finish off at the last chance. We also finally got cheesed. 🧀. So a great success.

Car park for 2 cars cost us almost as much as room. A little bit far away from the cheese 🧀

"Good bang for buck"

Lady on front desk was friendly. Right across from the markets, food options around whilst markets were open but a lot of them closed later in the day. Great facilities for a short term stay.

Room was a little noisy at times, as it faced in to the alley. A tad on the small size, but equally had everything one needed in the space.
