"Great value for money with excellent location for the north part of the city"

Room was as pictured. Location was excellent for QVM and city with access to tram and trains. Pool was excellent and gym well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful.

Kitchenette meant you needed to be selective with choice of food to cook , but still useful to have

Schone kamers dichtbij Queen Vic. Tramhalte naar centrum om de hoek.

Housekeeping. Twee dagen geen service, want eerst nationale feestdag(Anzac Day) en daarna de zondag zonder bedopmaak en schone handdoeken, "want ons personeel heeft ook recht op een vrije dag", zoals werd gemeld op een mededeling in de lift. Was correct geweest om dat te melden bij inchecken voor een vierdaagse verblijf. Excuses achteraf hebben we niets aa ; we hebben er wel voor betaald.

The staff are pleasant and helpful. We are close to the tram for getting around..

The laundromat dryers were completely ineffective... We had a lot of trouble drying our laundry...

Die Lage mitten im CBD, das Schwimmbad, die Möglichkeit, sich selbst zu versorgen, das immer freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

Durch die Lage am Queen Victoria Market und Minuten in der Stadt ist es natürlich laut, auch gibt es ein paar anliegende Kneipen, die Fenster sind aber schallisoliert
