Very clean. Perfect location. Incredibly comfortable. Great view. Incredibly helpful staff. Liked that they had a real reception desk manned by very pleasant, helpful people. Great location for castle, Royal mile. Great coffee machine in lobby. Elevators super fast.

Nothing. Last time we stayed at apartments on Hanover with view of castle. Great location and stuff mentioned above but stairs (no elevator) were killers for us 70 year olds. Roomzzz was the best apartments by far on our trips to Britain

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday. The hotel location was absolutely perfect we were within a walking distance of everything we wanted to go to, the hotel is also located on the top floor of a shopping centre so you’re never short of food options or entertainment. The hotel itself was spotless and fully equipped with anything you would need for a trip away. Will definitely be visiting again!

L'hôtel est très bien placé. Tout se fait à pied ou vous avez la gare à côté. Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner mais vous avez un croissant offert et des boissons chaudes à volonté toute la journée. La vue sur Calton Hill est incroyable. Le parking public se situe sous l'hôtel, vu que l'hôtel se situe en haut d'un centre commercial tout neuf. Le parking est agréable.

My second stay at Roomzzz Edinburgh. This hotel continues to be my absolute favourite. The comfort and location are simply unbeatable. I noticed that the relationships among the staff are very friendly, which I think contributes to the place being well-maintained and the employees taking pride in it. I had an issue with the safe, but within 5 minutes the maintenance manager Darius came and explained everything to me thoroughly. The room, despite being in the city centre, was incredibly quiet. I feel safe here. And of course, having access to a coffee machine 24/7 is a nice bonus too.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the centre of Edinburgh perfect trip for myself and an old friend. very clean place with amazing facilities. Room was beyond our expectations and the staff were just so amazing and welcoming. special mention to the the lovely young girl (we forgot her name) who took time to help us with planning our day and telling us all about Edinburgh because we have never been! would definitely recommend to everyone. 👍🏾
