Keir, the Assistant Manager, swiftly found logical solutions that made our stay seamless. Yordanka, Head of Housekeeping, showed a keen sense of customer priorities, ensuring our transition to a more suitable environment. And Javi at the Front Desk was consistently cheerful, thoughtful, and kind. Collectively, the Roomzzz team provided solutions that not only resolved issues but exceeded our expectations.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay or location. Roomzzz offered everything from the moment we walked through the door, from the helpful reception staff, to the comfort of the rooms. The little 'shop' at reception was well stocked and the complimentary morning croissants, tea and coffee, were the perfect start to the day. One member of our party would have liked some jam. Located at the St James Quarter Shopping Centre, it was ideally based for shopping, short walks to the Royal Mile and Prince's and George Street, as well as car parking and car rental. The latter was important to us as many hotels in Edinburgh do not have car parking facilities, or they are located a 10 minute walk away.

Fantastic location and view, spacious room, very clean and comfortable with fantastic kitchen facilities. Loved the complimentary pasties for breakfast and hot drinks! Fantastic quality toiletries too! And thankfully they had tooth paste available to purchase!
