Lovely big room with enormous shower right in the heart of all the action. Very convenient!

Previous occupant’s dirty dishes in the sink. Floors not the cleanest.

Our room was very quiet, with almost no traffic noise. The location was terrific. The staff, especially Javi at reception, was extremely helpful and friendly. Having laundry facilities just down the hall was very convenient.

La struttura è ben posizionata per spostarsi a piedi o coi mezzi pubblici. Camera ampia e funzionale, servizio pulizia gratuito dopo due notti di soggiorno. Gradita l'offerta di croissant alla reception per la colazione, oltre al distributore di bevande calde. Personale molto gentile

Det stod i beskrivningen av rummet att det fanns en stor dubbelsäng. Den var max 150 cm och upptryckt mot väggen med bara en sida fri. Minst sagt trångt.

My wife and I stayed in Roomzzz Edinburgh for 3 nights in March. Our reservation noted that we are light sleepers, and we requested a quiet room. We arrived at check-in time (3:00pm) and were brought to our room. The room was on the lowest floor overlooking the main entrance to the shopping centre and some bars. I immediately returned to reception to ask for an alternative. I was advised that no other room was available (despite it being immediately after the check-in time), and to try it for the night. We did. It was noisey, and we didn't sleep. Early the following morning, I returned to reception and asked for an alternative room. Apparently, there was only one room available, smaller than what we had paid for, but we took it. The room was immediately off the main reception/lobby. I was advised that the doors to the lobby would be closed at night. In short, they were not, and noise from other guests filtering in from their late night continued. The room was also directly next door to the laundry, and late that night, two washing machines started. The next morning, I asked again for an alternative, but was not offered anything. We're very well travelled, and the lack of any reasonable effort to re-shuffle rooms (on the basis that multiple guests would be checking out/in each day) was extremely poor. When I returned home, I wrote to the manager, who did reply highlighting the many reasons why they weren't able to meet our needs. He did offer a discount, as our room for 2 nights was smaller/reduced specification. Despite 3 follow-ups with the manager, no partial refund was processed, nor was there any response - which really speaks to the lack of customer service all round.

Location is excellent, unrivalled views out to Carlton hill and the Firth of Forth

The way in is somewhat complex and involves multiple lifts and or escalators

La posizione dell'albergo è davvero ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia e vicino a supermercati, negozi. La camera era spaziosa, pulita.

Se proprio bisogna trovare qualcosa che non sia piaciuta, il prezzo non è così basso, specialmente in fuori stagione come a Maggio.
