Nada, todo está súper bien

Amazing super woman running this place helped me book tours and taxis and my transit to the airport. Super grateful. There was a heater in my room which was a godsend and extra blankets for the cold. Good location right next to the plaza, so easy pickups and drop offs for tours. Hot water after a couple minutes, peru style. Good family run place :)

Hostess Yanina was super helpful, bright and bubbly. They managed to retrieve an item left on the shuttle bus from Juliaca so I am ever so grateful 🙏 Lovely Hot! shower and spacious room. I would recommend this establishment if you are happy with clean, basic amenities. Great breakfast too.

Pillows were really hard

Hot drinks in the lobby. They started breakfast early on our last day and arranged a taxi pickup.
