"Very nice cheap hotel in the center of Puno"

Nice place for a very cheap price Room is big and wide Bed was comfy Really close to the main points of interests in the city center Nice staff

Breakfast is quite poor and not worth waking up for The use of bleach to wash laundry (bed sheets and towel) is nice for disinfecting but it is also a health hazard

"Homely hotel with fantastic staff"

I was only meant to be here for one night, but I fell ill during my stay. The staff were SO kind and helpful, and fixed it so I could stay another night in the same room. They made me tea, and helped me to find the nearest pharmacy for medication. The hotel is only a very short walk from a pretty church in a pleasant square, and there are lots of amenities close by - from restaurants, to souvenir shops, to currency exchanges, and a short walk downhill to the bus terminal. Would stay here again.
