Clean room and kind staff. Only caveat is that the street parking can get full near the hotel at night and you have to drive around the area to find parking

Unexpected luxury. Everything from the spacious room size, full kitchen with real dish ware and silverware, a bathroom shelf full of many extra large fluffy towels, living area with couch and a double sided flatscreen tv that we could either watch from living room or bedroom area … so many features made us feel like we were at a honeymoon resort instead of just a room.

There was nothing not to like.

This hotel is sparkling clean. Location is great, too.

Hotel was per friendly, we got a room with a sting area and it was very spacious. No hotel parking lot unless you valet park, we were lucky and close street parking was available and free for the day we were there.

There is limited 'out front' parking - we had to drive past 3 times to find a slot; and they do not offer assistance with your luggage which is expected at somewhere that thinks its 4 star. But there is valet parking. The public areas look good but are incredibly noisy if you're in them at peak times. I'm talking unbearable levels of noise. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms quiet enough to get a decent sleep. However, that's it. The rooms are really 'no frills'. Very bland and so dark after the curtains are closed you can only see what you're doing in the bathroom area. Room service food is delivered in take away boxes and was OK but looked like slop (2x pasta dishes). I wouldn't stay here again & I can't recommend it at the price point I'm afraid. Hilton, you need to do better!

Very convenient to Salem Convention Center and very nice hotel. Room was clean and big and TV and wifi worked well.

Love this hotel. Chrissy at Reception was phenomenal. Room was perfect. Beds were comfortable. On site restaurant, Gamberettia, has great fresh pasta and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. A block from the river front park. Lots of great little restaurants in the area. This hotel even had a loaner wheelchair!!

Just about everything. Great restaurant on the main floor.

The very odd thing about the rooms is that there is a giant wall next to the sink/vanity and there isn’t one hook or a bar to hang a towel or rag on. You have to either fold it on top of your toiletries or put it in the separate shower room. It seems like a big oversight which begs for a simple remedy. Its very strange and a bit annoying. Otherwise the room is great.
