Casa Hamburgo by Kukun

Excellent location, spacious rooms with a comfy bed. As someone who is very picky about pillows I was pleasantly surprised by what was provided. The interior design was very nice, my wife was obsessed with the wall of Baleros! We didn't make much use of the kitchen, but I can imagine if we stayed longer it would have been perfect. It was good that the bedroom area had a blackout blind, it made up for the broken blind in the living area. We almost didn't notice it so maybe the host should mention it to guests on arrival.

There were a few things that clearly needed some maintenance, for example one of the main blinds was broken and the bathroom extractor fan didn't run. Nothing major though. There didn't appear to be a way to lock or properly close the window so there was always a small gap.

Great apartment with a lot of safety and amenities. Spent a week and very clean. 2.5 bathrooms is great for a family. All is close to it. Highly recommended

The bed needs to be repaired, the headboard wasn't attached to the bed and would constantly tilt down, the bad crossmember under the bed was broken, and the frame would slide all over the place. In the Kunkun manual left on the kitchen table, it stated that they would clean the apartment once a week if the renter stayed for 10 days. I stayed for 14 days and they only cleaned once, stating that I could pay extra to have the apartment cleaned more frequently. There were some exposed wires above the kitchen cabinets that were clearly taped together with electrical tape, which looked a little sketchy. The closet and the bathrooms were pretty dark, could use better lighting. A lot of the stuff in the apartment could be updated.

Great location, friendly and helpful support team, nice 2-level apartments with kitchens and laundry, and excellent amenities. The rooftop pool, lawn, track, and spa are terrific. 10-15 minute walk to leafy/trendy Roma Norté, historic sites, and Chapultapec park. Would definitely stay here again.
