Excelente lugar, muy bien ubicado, muy seguro, cerca de muchos restaurantes. La comunicación fue muy buena.

When we arrived the place was clean and well situated. The entry and exit codes for the elevator etc were a bit confusing. The bed was comfortable.

There was a leak from the apartment above that kept us awake for hours. Water came down the walls in the shower, bathroom counter and all over the bathroom floor. It also came down the stairwell. We were stressed about where it was coming from and how long it would last (more than a few hours), and how unsanitary it was. We used the towels to clean up the floor. Spent half an hour with the maintenance people., so we had no time or towels to enjoy the pool and wasted much of our last day in Mexico City. Kukan said they would reimburse us, but we had to contact Booking.com. Booking.com was difficult to contact and have promised a refund, but so far after almost a month we have received nothing.

We stayed for a week so were able to get a proper impression as follows: The lack of AC making apt unbearably hot, lack of maintenance and poor cleaning, especially furniture, shower and difficult to reach areas (upper shelves). Ambulance and police alarms throughout the night require earplugs, especially since closed windows cause difficulty in sleeping.

AC / heater was not working; not very clean

One of the most amazing places I've ever stayed. Wow! Incredible views . Every detail thought of . Very clean spacious. One of the best neighborhoods in one of the most amazing cities in the world. The food the people the sites ,Mexico city is extraordinary! Been missing it since my plane took off and can't wait to go back.

There is nothing not to like about this place.

The apartment is very modern, looks exactly like the pictures. The pool and gym were also very nice. There is drinkable water in the apartment. Kitchen is stocked with various appliances and a washing machine. The host is helpful and replies very quickly. Better value for money than other accommodations in the area.

Wasn’t comfortable. Wasn’t clean and I had feeling that they didn’t change the bed sheets after the guests before us. Couldn’t sleep the half night because was music until 2 A.M. staff didn’t answer after 3 P.M. we asked to bring extra bed sheets, they didn’t bring and didn’t answer. Was unpleasant to stay there.
