No AC. Just a couple of vents that only moved the air, no cooling it.

Loved it! Went with my kids and really enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect, the staff were amazing.

I love the location. Safety, and the swimming pool on tops of the building

Location, pet friendly place, outdoor terrace, beds were comfortable, no noise from the street.

This apartment is so neglected! The plants were not watered for really long time so they dried out. The ventilation both in the kitchen and toilets was not cleaned for a loooooong time, so the fat could drip down into the food. The pots were not properly cleaned. There missed a sponge and dish soap. The garbage bins in the kitchen didn’t have trash bags. One of the showers missed shower gel and had dirty towels. The sugar was so old that it seemed to be there since the Stone Age. The curtains were broken, so the upper curtain could not open at all, and the rope for the upper curtain tangled into the mechanism of the lower curtain. Dirty walls and creaking doors. When we wanted to make tood, there was no gas supply, and the administrator informed us that the security would not let the maintenance staff enter the building at 8 pm, so we contacted the security and got to know that the maintenance staff may access the building 24/7. So only after sending this information to Kukun they sent their handyman out. It turned out that the gas was turned off centrally. I guess the apartment has not been in use for quite a long period.

This is exactly what we needed for our family trip! 2 bedrooms, 3 WC, 2 level apartment, very clean and convenient. It is ideally located for walkable trips to areas of interest and wonderful restaurant locations. The pool was a nice treat for the kids after a full day of walking and visits. I recommend this location, as we all felt very safe and always welcomed nicely by the doormen.
