Casa Hamburgo by Kukun

Property is acceptable - could have used more towels for hand drying and additional trash bags. Kukun did not have any parking passes available during our stay so we had to pay for parking ourselves. Kukun did offer to reimburse but the process would involve an international wire transfer (too much work, not worth it). Property is attached to a mall with several dining options / the area is amazing. Views were incredible.

I like the location. It was safe and super convenient. It was also quiet. The pool was and hot tub were both excellent as well.

Many little issues that made the experience much less enjoyable and prevents this from being a good deal for me. A few examples: there was only one elevator key which prevents a group from splitting, you have to coordinate (not great for a friends group); the apartment in winter is not weatherproof so the apartment was super cold at night and in the mornings (plus tile floors and only a single space heater that was tiny). The main issue is that the windows in the living room do not shut all the way allowing cold air in. It was truly horrible. The kitchen cabinet door was literally falling off the hinges and didn’t close properly. One of the beds bedding seemed less than clean when we arrived. Overall, the experience felt very subpar and I won’t book with kukun again.

it can be noisy but only if you are a super light sleeper. the time frame was from 6pm to 830 ish. and then it got a lot more quiet.

Great location convenient to where we needed to go. Professionally managed property with good communication.

Having only one elevator card was very inconvenient when our group was not together.

I love everything about this stay. The staff was friendly and nice. Everyone had good vibes. The rooms are very large, cozy, and peaceful. It is centrally located. The wifi works perfectly. The kitchen is great. I loved this place and Kukun staff so much.

Nice remodel, great view. Nice building.

They gave us 2 sets of towels for a five nights stay, Took a day and a half before they finally brought more. There were no luggage racks to store your suitcases, two small sock drawers and five hangers when we got there. Had to ask them 3 to 4 times for more hangers to hang our clothes as there were no where else to put them. No drawers or storage in the bathroom, it even a shelf so nowhere to put your toiletries so had to keep putting everything back in the suitcase so it didn’t look like a mess. They had a really old washer dryer unit in one. It took 29 minutes to wash and 3 and a half hours to dry and would only take like 2 pounds of clothes. So many cheap, little things that they could’ve done to make the space way more comfortable. Made some suggestions but no response.

Great location and staff. Facilities were awesome. Can't say enough good things.
