Es tal como las fotos, cómodo y acogedor NO hay estacionamiento, te quedas en la calle que es muy obscura, pero la zona es segura. Llegas a pie a la playa y a la avenida

The staff didn't help you at all. This is not a hotel but more like renting a room. For the price, the attention is very poor.

No hay estacionamiento seguro

Looks like it does in the pictures. It’s a small oasis which is close enough to the Main Street in La Punta, but still feels like you can get away from everything if you want to. We really enjoyed our stay here and the cleaning staff seemed nice as well. It is true that you don’t have any general staff walking around but on WhatsApp they respond quickly so for us this wasn’t an issue at all and even added to the tranquility and privacy. The room we booked was a bit on the smaller side so there’s not enough room for 2 full backpacks/suitcases, but this wasn’t really an issue for us. Other than that the property is clean. It’s true that the showers don’t always work properly in terms of temperature, but we’ve found this to be true in all of Oaxaca, so I am not sure we can really fault the property for that.

This is not the hotels fault, but I think it’s good to mention as it could ruin someone’s stay if they are already afraid of dogs. The area is mostly safe, but the final bit (couple hundred meters) you need to cross to get to the hotel feels a bit dodgy. The area there gets more residential and there were some nasty dogs in the streets close to the property and they attacked me and my boyfriend without provocation. We thought this was maybe only during the evening, but we also saw them attack another girl during the day who was just running past. After that we stuck to the big main roads to get to the hotel. We had a friend who stayed in a different area and this also happened to him in one of the more residential areas so it seems a thing about the La Punta area in general.
