Aldea Paraíso - Adults only - Boutique hotel

The hotel is new and clean. There is AC which is good for Puerto Esc which is an extremely humid place.

No privacy. In order to have any one has to keep all blinds over the windows all the time, so no daylight and very dark experience. Also no receptionist. Very bad business model that tries to save costs on staff. There was no real person one can ask things only some WhatsApp number. My coffee machine and safe were not working and had to wait day for someone to repair. Finally location is bad in a street with a dirt-road, surrounded by not good look looking neighbouring houses. It take some time walking to the first decent cafe. Pool looked dirty. Finally there was power cut which lasted half day and when power is gone, water is also gone. In General the hotel is example of investor led urbanism. Investment in fancy facilities and no investment into things like roads, water or electricity supply. Finally there is no reception which is not told in the description. Otherwise I would never support such business. I check out after day one and had to move to some other place.

Beautiful and spotlessly clean building in a really nice location. The beds were amazing and I’d definitely stay there again anytime.

Very small thing, but I asked for a late checkout and the hotel was completely empty but they still wanted to charge me for a late checkout. It would have been nice to be offered that free if charge if no other guests are there anyway.

Everything, is a really nice place to go with friends in a good location!

The blinds are not blinds, light gets tru the window really early and the sink water faucet waste a lot of water it even split all over the bathroom.

La cama no era muy cómoda, el resto del hotel es tal cual aparece en las fotos, no me gustó mucho el área donde se ubica ya que estaba muy oscura por la noche

The hotel was very pretty and clean, the pool was warm and the room was so comfortable. The plus they had with us was that one man let us park the car near the entrance.

The staff always was with a weird attitude, when we got there the keys from the room wasn’t in the box and we had to wait there until someone came… we arrived at 3:20 and got our room at 3:45… really, not cool… also when we enter to our room it was so hot I can barely breathe, it took so long to get cold… then they wanted to turn off the pool and the stairs for the rooms at 22:45 when the closing time was at 23:00 … and when we were making the check out we had a problem and we couldn’t make the check out at 12:00 on point, at 12:08 the house keeper went to hurry us and at 12:20 the owner of the hotel sent us a message to hurry things up… I know that they have schedules, but when we arrived they couldn’t care less about the hour, but when we were leaving they hurry us up… I would recommend the facilities, but not the way they made us feel and the staff.

Muy mala, no es para nada acorde al precio ni lo que anuncian en la página, no hay estacionamiento, la cama que ofrecieron y conteste era king y le dieron matrimonial, los alrededores pésimos y no tienen estacionamiento se deja el vehículo en la calle
