Aldea Paraíso - Adults only - Boutique hotel

Loved the architecture and the lay out. The swimming pool was great. It was a quiet place, spacious villa for four people. Loved the net at the top of the stairs to lay in.

The common room in the villa was very warm with no AC or fan. One of the showers did not work properly and we were not able to use it. The dish rag and sponge in kitchen stunk!

Property is great, very safe and comfortable!

Nothing wrong with the property but the condo itself. No air conditioning in the living room but bedrooms did have, that is why I gave it a 9 instead of a 10. Other than that, the place was awesome!

The place was really nice. The pool area is very comfortable and the great for chilling at during the day. The rooms are big and spacious, plus the beds are comfy. In general a very nice stay and the checkin process was very easy.

The location is a bit out of the way, you have to walk about 10-15 mins to the center and it is all downhill, so this means walking back is all uphill. I would recommend getting a scooter or some sort of transportation to get around.

The photos are accurate and its a pretty concrete building with lots of plants surrounding. The wifi was strong, and the shower pressure was great.

The location was a bit far from the majority of the activity or restaurants in La Punta. As a solo traveler, I had to walk about 12-15 minutes to get to any destination, and its pretty dark and empty at night. The rooms are just what they show you - and there is not much else. There is no active staff but can be reached via whatsapp or cleaning can be requested. It was pretty empty when I stayed there (just a few other guests), but they are also very strict about checkout. I had asked to work a few hours in the shared common areas after checkout before my travel, but was told no. They of course dont have to offer this, but it would have been kind. I've stayed at a few other hotels in the area that were much more generous with amenities/space (especially considering how it was pretty empty) for the same price. I realistically wouldnt stay here again because for the price you can get closer to restaurants and bars, more spacious rooms, equal wifi, and a staffed hotel/house.
