ININININRoom is Decent good
I have to checkout at 08.00Am but breakfast is not ready. Start of day was very bed
GBRooms are not cleaned properly and there is too much noise disturbance from outside
INThey didn't arrange an early check in even after request & then misplaced my luggage which was took hours to find which made me late for my business meetings, not were there any towels in the bathroom
The location and view was great. However the staff in cafe, housekeeping,etc lacked understanding probably from poor training. The check in experience was horrible as we were assigned room which had not been cleaned yet and had no windows. Aanchal at front desk checked us in and was not apologetic and blank faced. Aakshi and Jiya at front desk finally corrected the situation. Will not stay here again.
Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe. The kitchen team could use a little work. One girl had a weird attitude and not a waitress type feel to her. Maybe because I didn’t speak with local language. The guys were on it and friendly so made up for it. Overall the food is really good but not a place I looked forward to going for breakfast.
A good, clean property with amazing views! Massive rooms. Comfortable beds. The service needs an improvement. Seems to be a problem common to all Lords Inn.
