Very clean and tidy and smells lovely as I walked in and worm a cozy.

Sofa was a little small

Our second visit to property, deluxe apt this time but very similar to last year, Still potentially a great property but see below & last years review.

Some of the criticisms made last year remain problematical. Insufficient cleaning materials & just one tiny bin liner (although the cleaner kindly provided a couple of larger ones). No broom or dustpan & no mop make keeping place clean difficult, particularly if staying for more than one or two nights. There are still no instructions provided although having stayed before we didn't need them. Still nowhere to hang wet coats apart from wardrobe. You really need to provide the basics that are normally standard.

There was no breakfast

A washing machine an iron and board also some curtains so you can keep the cold out and also tell the customer there's no lift in the building we was never told this that's why l had to come home after two days was so looking forward to seeing around hartlepool but being disabled that was the last straw l think I'm entitled to some money back for the petrol money which cost over one hundred pounds as l said lm disabled and should have been told that there was no lift as we were on the top floor l await your response to this message

Potentially a great property. in a good location. Much to commend & would happily stay again if problems below were addressed.

Let down by the lack of several little things that would normally be expected. No table or chairs, (only a tiny & uncomfortable sofa with a coffee table), despite there being plenty of space to have them. Not everyone is comfortable eating off their lap! No means to clean up, no broom, no dustpan, just a sponge, washing up liquid, T towel & a kitchen roll. Nowhere to hang coats apart from wardrobe, not very useful when coats are wet. There was also a total lack of instructions, both before arrival & after getting in. An explanation of how door keypad works would have made getting in a lot easier. Notes on how cooker & heating etc works would also have been useful.

Its my worst expereince ever I have.

We arrived at the apartments on chose arrival time 16-17.00, but there wasn't nobody. We also haven't any information how to check in. On phone calls apartments didn't answer and didn't call back. We tried to call apartments also on next day, but unsuccessfully. Apartments from outside looks terrible. Unfortunately I didn't made any photos. I made 2 phone calls to booking.com to solve problem with money refund. But it still not solve. It seems like booking.com not interested to help us. I have lost trust to booking. com.
