Nice quiet apartment, with modern kitchen and bathroom. Loved the little terrace, where I could enjoy sunshine and coffee before facing the world!

"OK apartment but definitely not Penthouse. Terrible customer service."

Location is good, newly fitted apartment, comfortable bed

Terrible customer service, chased to confirm check in time, no reply, none on website, eventually on the day they said would send the code, told me check in at 3.00pm, eventually got code at 4.30pm. No instructions for parking, no instructions for use of appliances, no soaps, no tissues, no tea and coffee, no dining table or chairs, no wine glasses etc. Definitely not a penthouse. Will not stay again despite plans to visit Hartlepool.

Great apartments that are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Heating perfect as able to turn up/down. Large rooms and comfortable bed.

Parking can be a problem on the main street. Apparently, parking behind building but wasn't too keen with it being quite dark and no way to get in without having to walk all the way around. Bit of a struggle taking luggage up the stairs as no lift.
