Very spacious and modern. We rented a car so a great thing that we had an available parking under the building. It includes a lot of facilities we were able to wash our clothes in the washing machine. Two bathrooms were perfect since we were a group of four. Will book it again.

A bit far from the center, you will need a car to get to the marina.

The location was acceptable and the apartment had a balcony.

Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. The apartment had many maintenance and quality issues: unstable Wi-Fi, very weak mobile signal inside the apartment, hot water sometimes taking 15–20 minutes, a leaking shower hose, loose toilet and sink fixtures, damaged/scuffed walls, dusty balcony and poor overall upkeep. Communication with the management was slow and frustrating. Most issues required repeated follow-ups, and there was little willingness to solve problems efficiently. I also requested an earlier check-out due to the overall experience and ongoing issues, but the management was completely inflexible and refused to offer any reasonable compromise or partial refund. Overall, the apartment looked much better in photos than in reality and did not match the price level or expectations.

The stay was unfortunately disappointing overall. The apartment had several maintenance issues during my stay, including unstable Wi-Fi, weak mobile signal inside the property, delayed hot water, a leaking shower hose, damaged walls and loose bathroom fixtures. Communication with the property management was also quite slow and resolving issues required repeated follow-ups. In addition, my request regarding an earlier check-out was not handled flexibly despite multiple attempts to discuss the situation. While the location itself was acceptable, the overall quality and maintenance of the apartment did not match the expectations created by the listing photos and price level.

Одеяло только до груди. Плохо убрано : остались в некоторых местах волосы на полу. Был обещ пульт от шлагбаума его не дали. Фото прилагаю

Nothing the property was dirty, the table legs were about to snap - the sofa was uncomfortable as were the beds. There was no WiFi even though it stated that there was .

The WiFi didn’t work , I made numerous attempts to contact the property but had to do so from down the road as there was also no phone signal either, only stay here if you don’t plan on using your phone or trying to work.
