Waterfront Seaview Hotel Apartments

we booked a room with seaviews only to turn up and have no seaviews, after texting the owners they apoalgised saying it was an error, it wqas not an error, these owners own 2 apartments, 1 has a seaview and 1 does not, so if you book a seaview amnd the room with seaviews is taken they will say its an error and give you the room with no views, this is not an error but being delibrately misled by the owners, they did not rectify the situation, lightfittings without lights, fully cracked glasses not replaced, slimy gunk on the windows, the room was dusty and had not been cleaned, the sofa is a piece of garbage from the 70s, do yourself a favour and avoid this cheap room, theres reasons its so cheap.

Very run down stains all over the carpet and mats everything where..curtains had broken hooks.

noisey apartments next door having parties till very late. irony being this apartment is covered in warnings re noise and associated fines. advised owners...security did nothing. bathroom was dirty with empty toilet roll and used shower gel etc. says city view.....no view

Location was central. The service was very good. They gave us extra toilet rolls and towels too on request.
