Lack of kitchen utensils

The property was very hard to find, and I could not get in contact with the owner at all. We had booked an apartment for 2 beds and only got 1. We never ended up staying the night as we accidently put the incorrect code to our apartment door and it still unlocked - felt very uncomfortable.

While the advertisement described it as "Seaview Waterfront Hotel Apartment" we didn't end up with a sea view, which was a bit disappointing at first. However, considering we only paid $187 for a two-bedroom apartment, I felt the value for money was excellent. The apartment itself was comfortable and met our needs, so overall I was happy without stay. Lo

One area for improvement would be the maintenance of the lighting. A few lights weren't working, so making sure bulbs are replace and all areas are well-lit would really help. Other than that everything was acceptable and met our expectations especially for the price we paid.

Loved the location, the size of the apartment and balcony. It was well equipped and great value for money for such a huge apartment in central Auckland

The parking is exorbitantly priced on site. There is a cheaper car park near by. When the cruise ships come in it’s chaos around the apartments, parking is blocked off and it extremely difficult to get in and out if you’re using a car. Although the property was comfortable it was a bit dated and could use a bit of a lift!

Kitchen could be better stocked. Only one chair with the kitchen table. Carpets slightly stained in places. slight issue with kitchen tapware and toilet but manageable

Location was prime and next to everything you need a few nights away in town. Walking distance to town. Comfy bed to sleep on. Nice kitchen.

The apartment was very tired. The couch when you sat was very springy and that’s why they placed a blanket over it. The table had a chip on it. One of the cupboard doors hear the tv was broken and it did fall down when I tried to Open it. The front door even though it had a lock code was very loose.

Location was excellent and provided access to many restaurants and cafes

It's was not clean with stains on the carpets, marks on the walls and dirty curtains Basics where not there. Light bulbs not working, shower broken, furniture was not fit for purpose. TV and other appliances lacking power plugs, if this was a hotel you would walk out.
