The unit was as described. It is a slightly older unit, which is fine. We could have used instructions on how to use the washing machine in the welcome packet. The wifi and cell phone reception were bad. A booster need to be added. The office staff were very helpful and tried to help with the wifi and cell issues.

It was nice and clean as well as spacious. The area was quiet and the landscape was beautiful. I enjoyed everything about it.

Climbing the stairs (only because I am partially handicapped).

Location, price and convenience.

They said the condo was inspected before we got there. But the dishes, pots and pans, and the cooking and eating utensils ALL needed to be washed before we could use them.

"Decent stay but needs updates."

Quiet community. A lot of space in Condo. Love screened in room. Full kitchen with all necessary utensils. Has a washer and dryer. Access to recreation area. Bikes available. Lake view. Separate Jacuzzi room. Loft area also.

Needs updates. King Bed was uncomfortable. Couch needs to be replaced; cushions are very worn. A few water bugs. Could be kept out if caulking is done. Some fixtures in shower loose. If updates are made. Would be great. Previously stayed in another one and it was fine; but they all need updates.

"Nice place to rest "

Beautiful area, comfort home. Check in was a bit complicated because they close at 17:00. We had to call a number and ask for instructions. Pool was good, comfortable beds, a little far from downtown, but good for quietness and rest.
