Location, price, staff...exceptional.

The location was in a good area for our plans.

The condo is very worn from usage and is in need of repair. Not much cookware for making dinner. Found a broken glass in the garbage disposal . There were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the dishwasher. There was an empty box of condoms on the sofa. Had to wait until the next morning to request to be moved to a condo with no cockroaches as we had checked in after 5pm the first night and the office was closed. We were delayed in our plans to meet with friends and put them behind schedule.

For the price, it was fine, it’s clean minus the cobwebs that were all outside. Inside it’s a bit rundown (80s decor and fixtures). The Rec center and both pools are very nice. The playground is good for kids and my daughter had fun feeding the turtles in the pond. The biggest issue I had was that the electronic DOOR was dying. We checked in, got our keys, then (after having to drive 5-10 mins to the condo) found the keys didn’t work. After about 20 swipes, and a call to the emergency line, it finally took. I went to get some groceries and we had the same problem when we got back, only this time we had to have someone come out. For the duration of the stay, we just jammed paper in the lock so it didn’t latch and we didn’t get locked out again. Really, aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

it was easy to check in and front desk people and the Maintenace team were great.

one of my rented condos had roaches and that made me discussed the whole stay luckily the Maintenace team relocated my family to another condo. they we had issues with the air conditioner at the other condo. Once again the Maintenace team saved the day. we also had some Roudy guests staying next door that were unpleasant.

The apartment was comfortable. It fit 5 of us comfortably. Had everything you need for a kitchen. Plenty of towels, covers and sheets. Also a small stackable washer and dryer so that was nice. The kids enjoyed the pool onsite. Mom enjoyed the Spa bath. Loved the location. About an hour from the beach.

Seen a couple cockroachs. When I told the man at the check in place he just kinda made a funny face but didn't say anything. The upstairs shower wasn't great. The tub made a creeking noise everytime you moved around. Pulling up the thing that gets the shower to work was hard work. Almost like you are going to break it. We lost hot water in there the day before we left for some reason. Daughter had to go downstairs to finish her shower so thankfully there were 2 full bathrooms. I didn't like the pillows. So didn't sleep well until I went to Walmart and bought my own. But the kids said they were ok. They were super soft.

I really liked this spot. It is dated, but I enjoyed the look. Very cozy.😊

The location is amazing, but the actual property needs an update; as you can see is old and there are some stains in the bathroom floors and showers that made it seem old and grubby.

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful condo on a lake with a loft and a jacuzzi. 2 Balconies. What else could i possibly ask for?
