Everything was ok I had no dislikes

I liked the bedding and the furnishings of the room. Generally, it seemed like it was well-vacuumed. There was intentionality in folding the bedding as well. There were a good amount of follow-ups for the security deposits over email.

The condition of the bathroom - the toilet paper was running low and ran out by the next morning. The drawers and doors to the dressers were all locked as well, perhaps due to safety reasons, yet it gave a prison-like atmosphere. Although bath towels were provided, they were not the cleanest to use either. The lock to our room were also placed in a wonky manner.

Price was good...bed was ok

Shared bathroom dirty. Lots of random folks loitering around the front. Not a great neighborhood. Room and building dated. Carpet in room filthy

Location was decent and very affordable ($60/d). Has all the basics (bed, bathroom, and was decently spacious for a "hotel")

They required an extra payment of $100 for "security deposit" via either venmo or credit card on another website which was extremely sketchy. They initially charge you and "promise" to refund it later but that is dubious. You also had to call and email them for the keys which was very inconvenient. The doors and staircase were flimsy and felt like they could break apart any moment.

Convenient location, cozy, easy to find and nice!

I think the windows don't close completely, so the first night it was rather cold. That's really it though.
