Spring Garden in University City

We got in on a late flight and just wanted to sleep. Got a quick bite to eat, parked and got to the location. The room was nasty. We booked a two bed room and we got a one bed and a couch with no extra blankets or pillows and barely a pillow for the one bed we got. The bed wasn’t even a bed. It was a mattress on a flimsy propped up piece of metal. The floor was full of dust, along with the rug, the couch and everything else. There were small holes in the wall, the couch had one side falling off the bathroom had the toilet paper holder falling off. We went to wash our hands and there was no soap so we opened the cabinet below and the handle broke off, and we discovered someone had put water in the soap dispenser instead of just filling it up. There were burned out lights. Other than the liquid soap for washing hands there was no other soap or bathroom amenities. The towels were nasty and were stained. The blinds were broken. There was also never a mention of having to be upstairs when two of our people have disabilities, and had a huge problem getting upstairs with no elevator or help getting up there. The stairs were very small and slippery.

Be careful with the deposit. They just charge us 100$ fee for Late Check in but we were Not. Our Train was early in the morning. In the end we got it back. All in all, it was okay but not the tidiest room

It was clean, comfortable, and a great 👍 location .great price.

Can't think of anything right now. But I wished I could have stayed longer.

I liked how clean the beds, floors, and all linens were. General location close to many cool POI Came with AC Came with an uncontrolled radiant heater.

Most windows were broken, the bathroom window was broken so it was stuck open and cold. Additionally, if you had the blinds up one of the rooms had a clear view of the toilet, which I dident notice until day 2. In total there were five plugs, which wasent horrible, just the first night we only found 3. There is no microwave, or fridge, which surprisingly hindered me. I got a queen and single, the single felt fine but the queen felt like rocks. The pillows are horrible, around three equals one, so bring your own pillow. No shampoo/body wash/conditioner.
