Staff were Amazing

The service was outstanding and a special shout out to Rosie. Amazing service and support. Found overall three day cruise wasn’t great. Didn’t cruise just stayed in the same location for 3 days. The food was average at best. Hot food was always cold. Buffet style doesn’t help. Would only suggest a one night stay at best with expectations low.

I liked the size of the room, the entertainment and staff.

The bed was hard as was the pillows. The upstairs furniture was also very hard and could have done with some cushions. The WiFi was terrible.
