המצעים היו מלוכלכים, המקרר בחדר לא עבד, לקחו מאיתנו כסף על כוס קרח, המזוודות הגיעו רטובות עם הבגדים בפנים רטובים. התקמצנו עלינו בארוחות. חוויה כושלת באמת

Everything was maintained well, very clean and proper. Things were organised and executed as per plan and on time. Staff are well mannered and energetic.

Location wise it is quite far, and cruise was anchored deep inside the bay not on shore so most of time went in travelling. There are quite some food items but very less options for vegetarian, although they have taken the food preferences but options were not provided, not sure why preferences was taken at first instance. Rooms are small compare to the amount.

A well run cruise. Pick up arrangements from Hanoi were well comminicated . Staff were friendly and attentive. Facilities on the boat.excellent . Enjoyed the activities on offer. Meals were extremely generous with plenty of choice.

Bus taking us from Hanoi to Halong Bay needed to be upgraded. At one point the seats could be adjusted with controls on the seat but these were now broken so some seats were set permanently in a reclined position with the foot rest up making for a rather uncomfortable journey.

Excellent cruising with well set activities throughout the day. Food served is as promised with a 7 course dinner. The staff truly stands out for their exceptional attitude and commitment. Special shout-out for Anna. Loved it. Rooms , accessible areas were very well maintained.

Squid fishing is just a waste of time. The cruise doesn't have permission to berth at the jetty, so it's a 45 mins sail to the vessel via service boat.

De boot, het personeel en de geleverde service was top. En wauw wat ben ik onder de indruk van Ashley. Wat een vakvrouw, klein van stuk maar groot qua daden. Zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam een vrouw waar de wereld er meer van nodig heeft!
