Tolle Organisation der Reise, sehr freundliches Personal, Abendessen sehr gelungen.

Leider nur wenig Fahrtzeit auf dem eigentlichen Schiff.

"Don’t expect to be cruising around Ha long bay the boat barely moved on our three days, we were collected and dropped of"

Newish ship staff were amazing

Food could have been better for the amount of money we paid breakfast was very basic, there was no seat cushions on the rattan furniture prices were very high for drinks

The room is amazing. The excursion to hai village was great.

The food was terrible, especially for the price.they were understanding about this complaint. The male service is evidently less professional than the females.

"FAKE CRUISE"

Nothing

Be aware of it. MGloria does not exist. The staff informed me before the trip that the MGloria and Doria cruise are the same one on Booking.com. I did not trust Booking.com anymore because they allow one cruise to be sold with different accounts and two different names. That was illegal and confusing.

"Avoid at all costs"

It is nothing like the pictures or descriptions - so nothing - very disappointed

Everything - dirty, drains blocked, the food was appalling and when we challenged the staff about the food, they said that because it was their new year they didn’t have one. No spa or massage due to no staff, struggled to get served drinks due to no staff. It does not even cruise around Ha long bay. You spend 95% of your time anchored up amongst lots of other boats in the dirtiest waters that you can imagine!

Our honeymoon suite was beautiful. Very spacious, the private deck was my favorite spot to sit and see the beauty around me. The room had everything we needed. The welcome cake, fruit and wine were an unexpected bonus. Thank you!

There was nothing we didn’t like.
