The staff were friendly and very helpful.

I absolutely loved how spacious everything was at the hotel. The gardens, beach, swimming pools, and restaurants all felt open, comfortable, and never crowded. The location was excellent, with a vibrant atmosphere that was both welcoming and relaxing and in the heart of city, which makes night walks around the malls and shops easy and exciting. What truly made this stay special, however, was the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived until the time I left, I was greeted with genuine warmth, kindness, and heartfelt smiles. Their hospitality made me feel valued throughout my stay. I was especially touched by the thoughtful packed lunch they prepared for my long journey home—a small gesture that left a lasting impression. Special thanks to the wonderful teams at Razy Juice Bar, Pasta House, and Blue Horizon, as well as the manager at Pasta House, for their outstanding service and attention to detail. This was truly an exceptional experience, and I am already looking forward to returning again very soon. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The beach was directly at the hotel

The staff was really rude and didn't explain anything during the checkin/checkout. We were in 3 other different hotels in Egypt and this one stood out because of the bad service. There are many customers at the hotel, most of them around 60's and the staff doesn't seem bothered at all to help anyone with anything. Also i got food poisoning from the fruit and cakes of the buffet.
