Just location is better.

No customer service at all. The washroom and room was just below average. Even no hook was available in the washroom to hang the clothes. Commode required maintenance work. Above all they are doing tax evasion as they accept only cash payments and decline card payments strictly.

Breakfast was good and they gave us whatever we wanted, staff were very polite decent, and helpful.

They have their various properties in same vacinity. They booked my stay for this property but provided me stay in another property saying that their booking.com remained active mistakenly, although they were already sold out.

I had a mixed experience at Swisstel Cottage Hotel in Karachi. The staff was excellent, from the guard to the front desk and the general manager. They were all very helpful and courteous. The security was very high, which made me feel very safe.

I wasn't informed that breakfast was available, which was a bit disappointing. I got upgraded to a king-size room, which was nice and included 2 ACs, an iron, and a mini fridge. The room was good overall, but the washroom needs serious maintenance. The shower definitely needs replacement, and the tea kettle had a bad smell. With a few improvements, this hotel could be great.

Comfortable stay.

Focus on cleanliness and little more.
