Great location, next to the Mekong river. Breakfast (with limied choices) in a restaurant at the river. The chief receptionist was very nice and helpful. Good at organizing tours. Unfortunately the only one who spoke sufficient English.

We booked a superior family room for 3 persons and got only two small and shabby rooms because of an error. Not enough space for suitcases and no place to put your toiletries in the bathroom. Loud music from a bar across the street at night. There is also a lot of noise during the day from other guests starting from the morning. Rooms in need of renovation.

location was directly across the road from the Mekong, the room was pleasant enough and clean, I was asked every day if I needed the room cleaned. staff were very nice and arranged a scooter for me although there was some confusion when I returned it, but this was quickly resolved as I had kept the paperwork. Lovely hotel and I would stay again
