Mekong Chitlatda Villa

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I initially had issues with the AC, but they helped me with that. Overall, just a very warm atmosphere. Room was plenty comfortable, and I didn't feel like I was uncomfortable or noticing excessive stains/dirtiness.

N/A I feel like for the price, it was well worth it and did what it was supposed to do: provide a place for me to sleep and had a decently comfy environment for some TV watching at night.

Convenient location and easy reach to other places around. Staffs are nice and friendly, very supportive.

The room is not like what I imagine. I feel like the value I pay for the room is not equal the room facilities, on the first day I stay in a really small with not good toilet and it brings me a really uncomfortable experience, I don’t take shower on that day. Secondly, shower is not warm enough. I think the hotel should keep update facilities and bring the true value with this amount of money .

Very close to the night market and temples. Lots of places to eat.The mekong is just across the street where you eat your breakfast.Great place to eat and enjoy the sunset. You are at walking distance to the main morning street market and food and night market .They can order a taxi for the airport. The room is a bit small but the aircon was great. It s a cosy place , not busy like big hotels. If you want to do the monks alms at 5.30am , it is just 2mn away. I will definitely come back. The reception staff speak Chinese, English.They are very kind and polite.

The host was the most lovely person imaginable. He spoke really good English and was super helpful with us heading out on a cycling tour of Laos.

It is very clean, perfect location! It is right next to the Mankong river and lots of restaurants with fair prices nearby. The owner speaks perfect English and Chinese, and he is trying his best to maintain this hotel. Breakfast was ok, but you get the awesome view during the breakfast. They have a beautiful little yard where you can sit and have a cup of coffee and tea and relax. They offer free coffee and tea all day, which is very nice!

The shower isn’t too hot, the water pressure is not strong enough. If you want hot water, you have to turn the water pretty small to be able to get hot water. It is ok in summer, but during December, it was a big problem for me. The bed isn’t too comfortable, my bed was a bit damaged, and my friend’s bed is in a better situation. I didn’t sleep the best in the evening but I would accept it since it is not too expensive for all the services they provided.
