Tronco Tambopata Adventure

The staff was so helpful and accommodating! Sky Airlines put one of our bags onto a plane that wasn't going to arrive until the next day. Jorge, the manager, went to the airport and retrieved the bag for us. Everyone was very nice, the food was good, our tour to Lake Sandoval was fantastic (Mario was our tour guide - he was great and we felt like we were hanging out with a friend), and the resort is so cute with lots of wildlife. Also, Pepe the parrot was very sweet, although he did bite my husband, which we thought was funny.

The only thing I will say is that it can be hard to sleep if other guests are being loud, as the walls are partially made of screens for air circulation. That is not the staff's fault, though.

Location -the hotel really is in the middle of the rain forest, so you can see animals roaming around in the garden. On the premise there is zipline and tree bridge, good fun to try.

The bathroom was quite basic, shower could have been better. Breakfast was plain with just slices of bread and cheese. You can have beer in the evening but that costs $5 for a small can and you have to grab it from the fridge by yourself. The front desk did not speak English.

房间非常干净！员工服务也很友善，有热水洗澡（热水器拨到2就有），虽然水不大，但是已经很好了。没有空调，有电风扇，不用担心，2月雨季的晚上也很凉爽，用不着空调。包一日三餐，吃的还可以。我们住了2天都是不同的食物。

Estamos muy agradecidos al staff del lodge . A pesar de nuestra corta estancia , nos sentimos muy bien atendidos y complacidos en nuestras necesidades . Tomamos el tours Lago Sandoval , realmente fue muy increíble ,nuestro guía muy bien informado . Esperamos volver y de hecho lo recomiendo 100%.

The location is good. The guide is perfect. Food is delicious.

Uber does not recognize the location, so no uber service. We contacted the hotel to request the pickup service, but the hotel did not provide. We ended up taking a motorcycle.

Das Essen war lieblos zubereitet und wurde immer pünktlich serviert - egal ob jemand am Tisch saß. Daher war es meistens kalt wenn man ein paar Minuten zu spät kam. Zum Frühstück gab es nie Obst obwohl die Gegend reichlich damit gesegnet ist. Die Lodge liegt leider nicht am Ufer des Tambobata sondern auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Die Touren die von der Lodge angeboten werden sind verhältnismäßig teuer.

Best jungle experience ever! The lodge is a family-owned business and they make you feel as part of the family. They have many different tour options, and all of them are incredibly exciting. The food is excellent and feels like grandma cooks for you while there. Lodges are in the middle of the jungle with all its ups and downs (you’re in the JUNGLE, don’t be surprised to see bugs or small animals, moth, tiny frogs, etc) - this is why you are out here! The bed has mosquito net all around so nothing bothers you during the night. Endless bird sounds make this experience unforgettable. You can meet the house pet parrot PEPE who’s always around :) On our last night, Eliseo arranged a chocolate cake from the city for my birthday and we all sang together with the other guests. On our farewell morning, one of the tour guides started putting out bananas in the garden, and in 2sec about 10-15 monkeys appeared for the feast. As it was my birthday, I could not have asked for a cooler farewell gift! I highly recommend this place, and we’d love to be back in the future!

Tour guides English knowledge was good except 1 or 2 guys. Tourism requires language learning at a higher level ;)
