It was so quiet and cozy

You had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. So if someone was sleeping on the couch, they had to go through the bedroom where other people were sleeping to use the bathroom.

It is very bare bones, but the bed was very comfortable and the thermostat/heat worked well. It was very clean except for the bathroom sink.

The check in and out is all via text (which I wasn’t warned about) and it’s bots pretending to be humans. Not nice. There is no real customer service in the evening. Our wifi didn’t work. And the bathroom sink was not clean.

The location was perfect for my situation, visiting family for Thanksgiving. I would recommend in the room I stayed #15 basement 2 queen beds that you add a full length mirror (there's a space to the right of the bathroom door) and some type of utensils to stir coffee, etc.

The back staircase carpet is ripped and shouldn't be expensive to replace. Or remove it put non-slip strips on each step. I would also add an extender to the bedside outlet to plug in chargers. In this room it was up on the wall very high.

Very nicely appointed and easy to find, park, and was quite comy for my daughter and I to explore the area. We could drive or train into Salem for Halloween fun too

We were on a lower level...ended up using the tight stairs. Very minor.

We were awaken by a leaf blower outside our bedroom window at 7:00 am in the morning!!! LOUD LEAF BLOWER RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR WINDOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Location

Nice room with a comfortable bed. The train station is right across the street, so it's great if you don't have a car or don't want to use your car. There is no breakfast but with the little kitchen inside the room you can make your own. There was free (good) coffee in the room which was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed on the lower level of the hotel so we could hear guests above us quite good, the rooms aren't very soundproof. The hotel is a bit pricey but I guess this is due to it beeing close to Salem and nothing is very cheap around there, especially during October.
