The Beverly

We had a wonderful time! Our room was nice and comfortable. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean and management was in touch daily to make sure we didn't need anything. Super close to the train and easy to get to for Uber. Beverly is an amazing town and staying here allowed us to experience it. Would highly recommend!

This place was wonderful! We had the best time and were so comfortable! We arrived at 10 am and called to see if it was possible to check in early, and it was! So helpful and kind! Highly recommended for a trip to Salem with a quick train or Uber ride into Salem. Beverly is a wonderful town too! So many wonderful people and sights to see.

Great location. Walked to the train station, dinner and the grocery store.

Beds were very firm, pillows a bit flat

I loved the apartment, it was perfect for 4 adults. The bathroom is great, the beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was comfortable to sit on and to sleep on. The coffee maker is a kuereg, they supply a a handful of kcups. Absolutely loved the self check in, the send a code and room number and you have to enter the code to both lock and unlock from the outside- it doesn’t auto lock when you exit. Staff was great when we needed them.

I wish check in time was 3pm vs 4pm. They did allow 2 hr early check in for a fee.

We came for a girls trip. We arrived really late as we went into Salem first. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We stayed in an “apartment”. We had a little kitchenette with a stove, fridge, Kurig, microwave and even utensils! The shower and bathroom was roomy. It is a quaint hotel. No office, but a phone number where you can speak with someone or even text. Very accommodating we needed blankets and they not only answered us right away, but gave us the code to the storage room where extras were available. It was literally 5 minutes from Salem and it was so easy to come and go. Less noise and not crowded. Across the street were various places to eat. Each room has a sound machine as well. Which is something I use consistently.

I spent 3 nights here with my family as we did an October Salem trip. The location is great if you want to save a lot of money versus staying in Salem. It's also a very easy walk to places to eat and the metro train. As for the hotel, its odd not having staff on site but it worked fine for us. They send texts and emails to check in on you. I was less inclined to ask questions when the TV streaming service was not working as listed in the instructions since there was no one on site. We stayed in a studio king room in the lower level. It was obviously an old building but worked fine enough for our stay. Overall this was not a bad place to stay as long as you read the description of how this hotel is run.
