The space was large and comfortable for a family of four.

Zero house keeping for the 5 days we were there which meant towels had to be reused the entire time, as when we went down to the supply closet to get fresh towels there were none there.

The beds were very comfortable, the shower worked great, it was in the basement so I was a little nervous about that…. As soon as we opened the door I was like Wow 😮 there were 3 windows and very comfy beds, 2 sitting chairs and very spacious

The self check in was easy. The room was available a little early so we were able to settle in before adventuring out. Was able to find parking near the room. Bonus the hotel is across the street from a Starbucks, liquor store, diner and train station.

The room had a old smell. It was clean just needed airing out.

We had miscommunication about the self check-in process; Beverly asked for email and didn't send any email. Room was very clean, but old fixtures in bathroom had a smell. Our ceilings were thin; we constantly heard upstairs neighbor. TV was so dark even on brightest setting it was unwatchable

Perfect location for going into Salem! The apartments are very spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Self check in was a plus! You have everything you need.

My mom and I come on a girls trip to visit Salem. We stayed at the Beverly and rode the train into Salem every day. The train station was across from the hotel and was very easy to get to. Our room was clean and the room service was great. Highly recommend!

Large rooms. Full kitchen. Location, as close to Salem where we wanted to visit, but much cheaper.

The noise from the room above was extremely annoying at night. No soundproofing...

Thisnis a receptionless hotel. Rose who i spoke to on the phone was amazing and managed to sort out an issue btwn hotel.com and expedia for my email address. The hotel was nice. The room was clean, the bed was a little hard. I couldnt hear any of the other guests which was a bonus and the air con worked a treat. But you cant close the curtains as they are screwed in place.
