There was very little to like about this apartment.

There was no washing machine in the apartment, the door entry system malfunctioned and the TV did not work. The internal stairs from the living area to the bedrooms were steep, narrow and dangerous. The staircase from ground level to the apartment were narrow and difficult to manoevre with a pram. There was no lift. There was nothing in the kitchen - I could not make a cup of tea or coffee. There wasn't as much as a grain of salt to wlecome guests. Every little thing had to brought in from the nearest supermarket about 400m away. When I asked for a change of apartment the host wanted to charge a €180 fee for cleaning. The host was unsympathetic and disregarded my concerns about the safety of maneovering the stairs with two very small children - "You knew it was on the 3rd floor he said"

Location, House.

At first difficulty to open door, because when arriving we did not have internet connection yet. There was no electricity in toilets. During our stay hot water switched off. There was no caps for tea and coffe.

Very spacious, modern apartment fitted with all white goods.

The electronic checkin process was quite tricky that I missed 2nights of my stay. Would be good to have information on this in advance so you know what to expect. The TV wasn't working and couldn't find the laundry. The apartment has no lift. Had to carry luggage up and down a flight of stairs. Not pleasant for pregnant or elderly people because there isn't anyone to assist you with your luggage.

Calm, comfortable, modern

Need some equipment, supplies for cooking, toilet paper

The location was perfect for us, near the park Cinquantenaire and its museums, the metro station Merode and the market.

The most important thing was the lack of a person in charge to answer our questions or to solve the problems that arose. Starting with opening the appartment we needed to download an app, which was not at all convenient. For older visitors this can be a real adventure to open the door. Then the television was broken. We tried many times to contact the telephone number provided, but to no avail. One more thing: be careful to not leave the kitchen window open in the summer, when it is hot, because a cat from the neighborhood may enter from it and mess with the garbage, which happened to us. Last but not least, during summer with open windows in the bedroom you may awake at night from the street noise and car doors slamming.
