Hot Shower was not working - during winter !!?!! Long promises to fix but just promises. Was a nasty experience. Not a single hand/ body soap, No dish washer bar 1 toilet paper !!?? Ridiculous cost saving approach We have to run to market to buy in a emergency late night No mention of this nasties cost saving strategy by administration - by the way located in another country far from the problems and waiting for another guest to inform them of maintenance need.

No warm water in second bathroom, Tv not working in second apartment

Contact with the management, responsiveness. The owner was very dedicated in attempts to solve the problem with entry to the apartment. Location was great, the area around the building is calm in spite of the hospital next to the street.

Problems with compatibility with the AirKey app during the entry to the apartment. The host should add a leaflet allowing to check the compatibility of the AirKey app with the smartphones in order to avoid such problems in the future. If that is done, the service shall be perfect.
