The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and full of light, tastefully designed with minimalist furniture. There is an open space living room together with the kitchen on the lower level of the apartment and 2 bedrooms above. The kitchen was fairly equipped, even though a bit more utensils would have been welcomed. The location of the property is not central but is still pretty good for Brussels. Just walking distance from the metro. Also, there is a Carrefour supermarket close by and a big park ideal for walks or runs. The beds had very confortable mattresses and the temperature inside for May was neither hot nor cold, it was just perfect.

The biggest issue was that this apartment was suposed to have 2 toilets but in reality one of them was clogged and unfunctional. We informed the host and they promised to fix it but did not. By the end they stopped answering to our messages/calls. Having 2 bedrooms was one main criteria in our choise of accomodation ad we were with 2 seniors and in total 4 people. Also, as many others mentiones in comments there were not enough supplies: just 1 toilet roll for 4 people for 4 nights, no sponge + dish soap, no bathroom hand/body soap. It is a bit ridiculous that you arrive as a tourist to a new country and the absolute first thing you must do uppon arrival is find a supermarket and buy the above mentioned. Also, this is mentioned, but the stairs are seriously steep, which is very typical for Brussels. But, for people not accustomed with this, it could be very dangerous.

Staff

No amenities, very fragile stuff, the table in the living room was broken, the cupboard in the bedroom were fragile. We reached at 11 pm and there was no light in the bathroom and no soap anywhere

The apartment is very spacious and located near restaurants and grocery stores. However, the stay in general left a lot to be said. Pricing is not transparent. The price you pay through booking is not the final price you will pay - they charge extra fees on the side. Communication was quite poor. They take a very long time to reply to messages and work very limited hours. Check in was quite complicated. I only received the instructions a little before check in and had trouble downloading the app with no access to wifi and is quite finicky to open the lock. Additionally, the knob itself requires a very firm tug to open, so it does give the impression that you have not gained access to the unit. Lastly, there are no amenities whatsoever in this apartment. There was only one roll of toilet paper for four people for 5 nights and not even any soap to wash hands with.

The apartment was at a convenient location, equipped with the essentials. We had no problem using the phone to enter, the team who managed that was very kind and helpful.

We found the apartment rather empty. A couple of little touches could make it a lot friendlier.

Good location, but a lot if stairs

Great location. Apartment was clean and cozy. The only negative thing I have to point out is the sound of the heater once it's on, the pipes get quite loud. Adding toiletries to the bathroom would be a nice touch too.
